Branches/Units
are regarded as the nerve center of all the activities
of CASHPOR, and the Branch Manager/Unit manager is the leader of this nerve center. He
is the leader or front fighter who fights against
hunger and poverty. He is a social banker, engineer reformer and a change agent. He has to |
motivate,
supervise, control and influence the staff (Center
Managers) and group members (clients He has to
coordinate the activities and behaviors of group
members who are mostly illiterate.

At CASHPOR,
the organizational philosophy, working procedures and occupational
knowledge are given top priority. The Foundation Training
Course mainly deals with the CASHPOR philosophy and working procedures. Without clear understanding of the organization's philosophy and
|

working
procedure, success is not possible. Keeping this in view,
training courses are organized for beginners Center Managers
and the Branch Managers in Targeting, Credit Discipline,
Accounting, Procedures and Policies, Business Plan, Supervision
and Reporting . |

Refresher
courses are conducted for the exiting and promote staff
members. In order to give an insight of leadership and
experience sharing, loan product and procedures, center
discipline, repayment crises and how to come out of poverty trainings
and workshops are arranged for clients.

Senior
staff is provided training in premier institutes in India
and abroad. A few of our senior staffers are trained
in IIM in India, Grameen in Bangladesh and Colorado in
USA.
